February 25, 2017 at 12:55 amI'm ttc, 33, had one miscarriage almost 2 years ago at only 9 weeks. I've been charting for two cycles now and the first cycle showed super low bbt (96's) so I tried adjusting my diet to naturally adjust my hormones, as well as research and start a myriad of vitamins to help. Second chart started off with low bbt, but I immediately changed my diet to warm my uterus according to traditional Chinese medicine and it definitely helped with my bbt. Still no luck, terrible cramping with every period, and I highly suspect I have endometriosis. I am about to start acupuncture and am thinking about getting my hormones checked as I suspect I have low estrogen. My cycles are 26 days long, I have a short luteal phase, too.

I realize I may not be fertile even though I am trying everything I can think of. Is there anything else I can try before I go to my GYN? Looking for support. It's hard to read about women ttc for number three or four when they are still in their 20's and all I want is to be a mom for even just one child. Doesn't seem fair.
