How long after a missed period should I get a positive test? I'm a week late, I am under stress but no more than usual.i have all the symptoms such as mild cramping, itchy/tender breasts, nausea but I keep getting negative results. I made sure Im taking the tests right and I'm just not sure what's going on. I've never missed a period.
Any insight would be nice
